Our platform is scalable and customizable, allowing you to tailor it to your specific requirements regardless of the size of your organization. You can use calendar scheduling or send out individual payment links as necessary. Whether you’re coaching basketball, soccer, tennis, swimming, or any other sport, Summer Athletes can help you organize and manage your programs effectively.

To link a bank account, you will need to provide your bank account and routing number in the ‘Payments’ section. Once linked, enter the desired withdrawal amount and follow the prompts to select your linked bank account as the withdrawal destination.

Your funds will be transferred to your bank account within the designated time frame (3-5 business days for Pro users; Free Priority transfers for Hall of Fame users).

Linking your bank account with Summer Athletes is compatible with all banks.

Your customers can pay using credit card, paypal, venmo, or ACH. After they pay, the money will be in your account available to withdraw to your checking account.

Summer Athletes charges a small transaction fee for processing registration payments. The platform fee is 3.9% on the Pro plan and is .9% on All-Star and higher level plans.
